Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IntentVine (the "Service"), operated by IntentVine("IntentVine", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What IntentVine does

IntentVine monitors publicly available Reddit content for buyer-intent signals, scores potential leads against the ideal-customer profile you define, and helps you draft outreach. We surface public information and generate suggestions; we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, replies, or sales.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
• send spam or harassing messages, or violate the rules and terms of Reddit or any other platform you engage on;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data;
• resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for the outreach you send and for complying with applicable laws (including anti-spam and marketing regulations) and the terms of the platforms you post or message on.

4. Subscriptions, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (currently US$29/month) through our payment processor, Stripe. If a free trial is offered, you may be charged automatically when it ends unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Reddit (data), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), AI model providers, and email providers. Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes they make.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and branding, belongs to IntentVine. Content you input remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results (leads, replies, revenue) will be achieved. Signals and AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing them before acting.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntentVine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
