This Privacy Policy explains how IntentVine, operated by IntentVine("we", "us"), handles your information when you use intentvine.com (the "Service").

• Account data: your name and email, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Product / ICP data: the product details, ideal-customer profile, keywords, and competitors you enter so we can scan and score.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — Stripe does.
• Usage data: basic logs and analytics about how you use the Service.
• Public Reddit content: we fetch publicly available Reddit posts relevant to your ICP on your behalf; we do not collect private messages or non-public data.

2. How we use it

• to provide the Service — scan Reddit, score leads, draft outreach, send alerts;
• to process payments and manage your subscription;
• to communicate with you about your account and the Service;
• to maintain security and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Service providers (subprocessors)

We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run the Service:

• Clerk — authentication & account management
• Stripe — payment processing
• AI model providers (e.g. via OpenRouter / Anthropic) — to generate scoring, summaries, and outreach drafts
• Reddit — source of public content we monitor
• Email provider (Resend) — to send lead alerts and transactional email
• Hosting & database (Neon Postgres on our server) — to store your account and app data

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies (primarily for authentication/session management via Clerk) so you can stay signed in. These are required for the Service to function.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (see below).

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, reputable providers) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
